Dynegy brand ranks in customer experience, price competitiveness, and ease of doing business.
IRVING, Texas — July 27, 2020 — Energy Research Consulting Group (ERCG) ranked Dynegy, a Vistra retail electricity brand, in the Top 10, in several categories, as part of its recently completed national aggregator, broker, and consultant (ABC) survey-based study. Dynegy ranked for overall satisfaction, ease of doing business, and price competitiveness based on the data generated from more than 175 participating firms.
Additionally, Dynegy ranked No. 1 for customer supply agreements and No. 1 for pass through charges.
